Dangers of Saturated Fats for Sexual Health

Fats in food eaten can help the body store
vitamin that can be absorbed
in fat, such as vitamins A, D, E,
and K. These vitamins are very
necessary for the sex organs
to function. According to Dr. Morton Walker
in the book Sexual Nutrition
(Nutrition Sexual), with 9,000
calories per gram, fat is the
source of a large
concentration of the body's energy. During digestion, fats
are broken down into glycerol
and fatty acids. All animal fats, including milk,
butter, cheese, lard, and
oyster sauce is saturated fat.
Sources of saturated fats,
including coconut oil and palm
oil. Saturated oils consist of hydrogen atoms that make it
solid at room temperature. Unsaturated fats are healthier
to eat. When eaten weak
unsaturated tend to reduce
levels of cholesterol in the
blood. These fats found in
nuts, grains, corn, olives, and fish. Fish are the only animals
that contain lots of
unsaturated fats. Hydrogenated fats are
artificially strengthened by
hydrogen which can increase
cholesterol in the blood. This
process can reduce the
amount of essential fatty acids. Foods that contain
hydrogenated fats are
margarine, peanut butter and
most fast food (fast food).
Most medical experts and also
member of the nutrition committee of the U.S. Senate
believe that they should
reduce consumption of fats,
especially animal fat. Sexual difficulties, obesity, and
other degenerative conditions
associated with dietary
factors, including eating too
many foods that contain fat.
Eating fried, especially those fried in deep-fat fried method
(fried with a lot of oil, such as
french fries) are very
dangerous sex glands. High heat used when cooking
can alter the chemical
structure of fats and create
toxins that can not be eaten
and can interfere with the
composition of sex hormones. To reduce the amount of fat,
it is advisable to limit yourself
to eat fried, meat grilled over
charcoal (pan fried or grilled),
hot dogs, avocado, donuts,
sweets, and potato chips because of the high saturated
fat content. Most nutrition
experts believe that two
tablespoons of fat daily is
sufficient for at least your
body.
