Apparently there is no direct link between
sleep quality and intimacy of a
person with a partner. An
intimate relationship with a
partner will affect the quality
of sleep. Vice versa, sleep patterns will affect our
relationship with a partner. For men, sleep quality
associated with the quality of
a positive relationship with
their partner. As for women,
less intimate relationships that
can disrupt sleep. "When we look at the data on
per day, there is a cycle of
sleep influences on one's
relationship with their beloved
ones, and vice versa," said
lead researcher Brant Hasler, a doctoral candidate in
psychology from the University
of Arizona. Body's need for sleep has long
been known to be useful for
physical endurance and
emotional stability. That's why,
experts recommend that
every couple should avoid discussions that could lead to
disputes when they feel less
sleep.
